TJ responded to our call within an hour as their voice message promised. He arrived at my father-in-law’s home on time, took a methodical approach and explained each step to us along the way. He did not let the age of the system influence his recommendation. He took great care to clean, tweak and replace parts and to get heat running again in less than 2 hours. (Another service had spent multiple hours the prior day and was not able to get heat to work). We highly recommend TJ.

My first experience with this company was several years ago when my system needed replacing. As a single mother money was tight to say the least. I called everywhere in town and Beyond to find the best price. When I finally called TJ their price was half of the lowest estimate I had gotten.
MY RECENT experience at my new home was my heat went out of course during the coldest time. When I called them they came immediately to find out what was wrong. As it always is, it is always the most expensive part that breaks. Now while I may be a single mother my child is a new single parent and we just get by. Understanding the situation TJ did something that I honestly do not believe any other company would do. He converted my unit from a two-stage which is way more expensive to repair to a single stage unit. By doing that he cut my bill in half in repairing my unit and putting heat back in our home where there is a baby. Nobody else would have done this. Bottom line is how much money they are going to make and how much money they need to make to keep their businesses with huge overheads open

If you want an honest company who will be there when you need them this is it. Anybody can write a review but I hope my review is the one that you take to heart when you are looking because I have had two experiences now and have seen how much these people really care. I just hope they stay in business as long as I am around because there is nobody else I will deal with ever.

Extremely knowledgeable, great guy and very fast. Home A/C went out overnight during 90+deg week. Called around and all local HVAC services were 2 day wait for diagnosis. TJ arrived within 2HR, found blower motor had seized then was able to get a replacement and had A/C back up and running within 24HR. He explained root cause of failure, reviewed our options, priced around and completed work for a very reasonable price. We'll be lifelong customers after this experience

Our older AC unit started to malfunction so we called and immediately got a call back, advice on what we needed and they were able to come out the next day to install. The price was reasonable but above all, the service was great! I am so glad I called here before anywhere else ! TJ and Al came out to install and they were great and very personable and professional. We will call for all of our heating and cooling needs going forward!
